How can I return or exchange a product I ordered?
The shipping fee for return/exchange products is covered by our company. In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to us with the contracted Sürat Kargo free return code 838499410. For returns sent with other cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN CONDITIONS?
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery with your invoice. Returns of products whose original packaging has been damaged, whose labels have been removed, whose resale value has been lost, and which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
How can I track my product after it has been shipped?
A notification message will be sent to your email address 1 day after your product is shipped. You can follow all the details from there.
How can I clean my bag?
For simple spot cleaning, using a soft damp cloth and water in a circular motion usually works. If this does not work, a small amount of a mild, neutral soap can be reapplied. Test the solution on a less visible area of the bag first and allow it to dry completely. Repeat if there is any remaining soap residue. Wipe the nylon exterior thoroughly to remove any water stains. Allow to dry completely. For more difficult stains, please take your bag to a professional dry cleaner.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your purchases with a credit/debit card or iyzco. If you are paying by card, you will need to enter your card number, expiration date and CVV number on the "Payment" page.
